Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
To best serve all clients, cancellations and rescheduling must be completed by calling or texting the spa directly or by logging into your Vagaro account and updating your appointment through our booking site.
Please note: Messages sent through the website do not count as a valid cancellation or reschedule request. To avoid potential fees, please use one of the approved methods above.
Clients who do not follow this policy will be marked as a No Call / No Show and will be responsible for a fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
